Cellar spider with an egg sack.

Cellar spiders - female with egg sack and a male. These were found in our kitchen one morning. Since it appeared the female had an egg sack, I caught them and placed them in a ceramic casserole dish for the photographs. Poor mom wasn't too happy about not being able to climb out of sight. After our short photoshoot I let them both go outside. See the close-ups of her and the egg sack. Fascinating!
